some random thing since im so bored of studying.. apparently you can fool your proprioception, by making your muslces go into spasm! the book says you can stand next to a wall, and with one of the arm parallel to the wall (that means, not having to raise the arm), push hard against the wall for around 30seconds. and after that, when you look down at your arm, the arm would be above the position you thought it to be at!
haha i never tried it.. so i have no idea if it works ;p
