i love my new camera! and i've been bringing my camera out more often and taking more photos! so im back with recent photos!! blogging now, at this time, cos im waiting for my hair to dry. and watching the nadal-kiefer match, where nadal is owning! YAY! =))

we went to Margarita's at Dempsey on friday night to celebrate darius' 22nd birthday! the place there is quite nice! i like how the place is slightly dim, with lots of green plants, giving the feeling of an outdoor dining-ish place.



















while waiting for people to arrive, they ordered a pitcher of lime margarita. the amount of salt on the cup was just too much and made the drink really really salty. look at the thick layer of salt lining the rim of the glass!

























i ordered some tortilla wrap with beef filling and cheese, and the whole thing was then fried. it was topped with guacamole! and served with rice! i liked what i ordered actually! the beef was nice, and the frying of the tortilla skin made the meal slightly tastier. and i liked the guacamole and rice as well! (ok this photo doesnt look good at all! it was taken in a hurry cos i was quite hungry haha)

the cake we ordered for darius was chocolate brownie with coconut ice cream. i didnt really like the brownie cos it had nuts in it! (but ok, most brownies have nuts haha). the chocolate was good, though i would prefer it if it was served with vanilla bean ice cream!!!!

so all in all, it was a great night! i havent seen yl anna ben kenneth daruis in a long time i realise!! so it was great catching up and finding out what they were doing! and i hope we meet more often! =))

i miss europe a tonne! (now that im back in school). looking at all the photos as i was transferring them from my camera made me miss venice and paris!! venice is really amazing, so much water surrounding the buildings - and my bro and i actually walked almost the whole of venice!! haha it was the beginning of our holidays and we were so enthusiastic ;p and my pictures from paris were quite nice! it was surprisingly quite sunny the few days i was there! except for one day where it rained - but well, half of that day was spent at galleries-lafayette. haha!

i miss the fun time in barcelona and madrid as well! the sun in barcelona and madrid were so strong that it gave my feet an ugly tan! =(( so now i've stripes on my feet cos of the shoes that i was wearing. haha but it was an enjoyable time in spain!! laughed so much!

anyway, i'll blog a few photos soon =) but for now, its more slacking in front of the tv!! ;p

i walked into zara to kay-poh today, and omg, the stuff are so ex compared to the zara in spain!! a pair of shoes i bought in spain was ard 25 bucks cheaper. a pair of pants i bought was like 35 bucks cheaper! singapore zara is so ex! i regret not buying a few more things that i thought were nice =(( oh well.

shopping is therapeutic! bought one new thing yesterday. and bought another new thing today as well.

argh.. STOP SPENDING MONEY!!!!!

its back to school tomorrow! so fast! 3 weeks just went by! im glad i spent most of it overseas! i know that i'll miss europe even more with time to come. it was a good break!! wish it was longer though, so i can slack more in singapore before going back to school! im gonna be doing Obs and Gynae for the next 2 months. cute babies! haha. well, i hope it'll be a fun posting! =)

i need to save money! spent too much!!

there're many movies that i wanna watch! and many things that i wanna buy! ARGH!! =(( eat less and buy more things! works well! =P

k, time to watch fated to love you! been away in europe and havent been watching the episodes.

im back! after many many days travelling some cities in europe. it was a good trip. and now im glad to be back here in spore. sitting in my own room, using my laptop. haha it feels good to be typing again after many days of being internet-less. but time passed quite fast over in europe! we'll visit a few things here and there, shop (alot!), eat (ALOT!!!!) and then the whole day would just be over!

haha im glad that after i touched down, i managed to meet up with quite a lot of ppl! met the guys first, then met mich and claire at an unearthly hour =P haha! everyone's out late. probably treasuring the last few days before school starts. sighh.

OMG! its like morning already! time to sleep. earlier i thought i was tired, but now i think im just jet-lagged. and later on im still supposed to summon enough energy to visit the great singapore sale! HAHA! i hope i'll still be alive!

im at Terminal 3 now. gonna leave in a few minutes to milan! yay!! excitingness!! ;p haha cant wait tp arrive there and go around milan and venice with my bro! i bet we're gonna get lost! hope we wont be that that lost! haha. anyway, im using the net cos im waiting for my bro to call his millions of girlfriends!

HAHA!! the cisco officer at the immigration asked me for my age just now! she thought i was younger than my bro and was wondering why im flying without my parents. hahaha. okk. i think im gonna board like now!!

argh! i've got a million things to do! flying off for holiday so soon isnt such a great idea! =/ haha especially when i've got so many things to do/buy/pack! and i still wanna play and enjoy myself. haha have been itching to play mahjong. but i was so sad when i lost the most money on saturday night =((

i havent updated my blog in such a long time, and now, psych med has ended. and its finally the start of holidays!! but it doesnt feel like the holidays have started. but im quite excited im flying off soon! haha! phew! at least i get to spend most part of this holiday away from spore! but everything in europe is ex =((

i've started to lose track of time! and somehow, time passes so fast when you're doing nothing!! like today! haha i did so many small small things. ran some errands, ate dinner, looked for stuff on the internet, packed a bit of my room, went for supper.. and wow. the day just went by like that!!

ah well. no photos. im too lazy to upload any. but YAY!! im getting a new camera!! so i can start taking nice nice nice photos!! ;p so happy!! =)) its coming soon! i wanna play with it and take more photos. cant wait! ;p

shall blog about pump room! haha i actually went there twice in 2 weeks! but with different friends cos we all wanted to hear the live band! they're really awesome!! the band is very cool and they are all so talented! the band's called Jive Talking.

haha here's a photo of them! (dont think the photo is that great haha but nvm). the person on the left is a he-she! everyone's convinced. even this Canadian lady i met there exclaimed that he-she is really really good!! her voice is excellent!

we went for dinner the first time around. haha cos we wanted to hear the band!! =) the food there isnt that great. (oh but i saw the brunch advertisement in IS magazine and it looks sooo good!! ;p ) but anyway, when we walked into pump room, the band was playing Africa, and i was soo excited!! =P






















we even went to the dance floor!! hahaha they started playing very good clubbing music in between the sets that the band plays. there were songs like 4 minutes, feedback, get low.. etcetcetc!! =))






















and the second time, i went with my mg friends!! haha mich was very excited about the band and wanted to go back! but unfortunately, they didnt play very nice music this time around =((






















HAHA! once again, i dragged my friends to the dance floor!! =) the second set that the band played that night wasnt too bad!! ;p hahaha! there were so many drunk ppl there that night cos there was some party there, where you pay 70bucks for unlimited alcohol!! HAHA! quite worth it if you can drink tonnes!! ;p





















haha i wish this long long weekend wouldnt end! i still havent had enough slacking time! and i've watched 2 trashy shows in 2 days!! oh my. hahaha!! watched the vegas show yest, and watched made of honour today. hahaha! both are ok shows!! =) feel-good happifying shows! though there are other movies that i feel like watching. hopefully there'll be time to catch them! =)

Fated To Love You 命中注定我愛你 - HAHA! i found a new actor that i really like! Ethan Ruan! ;p he's the guy in the picture below. he's called cun xi in the show. he's soo CUTE! hahaha! the other guy in the show (dylan), played by baron chen, is very good looking too! haha love his long hair! OK! i shall stop this =))
siigh too bad this series is still showing in taiwan. now i can only watch one episode per week!



















It Started With A Kiss 恶作剧之吻 - i know im super outdated and that the 2nd season is out! haha but i really really love this show! the guy (jiang zhi shu) is super super mean to the girl (xiang qin) though! im only halfway through this. at epsiode 15. think there're 30 episodes on the dvd! i have 15 more episodes to watch! hahaha. siigh. this is at the expanse of my work! as a result of these shows, i havent been studying =P HAHA!
















luuuurrrvveeee taiwan shows! though they can be tear-inducing! HAHA! both shows have episodes that are so so sweet!! ;p

went to the Singapore Flyer some time ago. and well, other than the excellent company and alright-ish view, the Singapore Flyer is not really worth the amount of money that they're charging! haha. but well, i still had a lot of fun taking so many photos inside the flyer. and peering out of the capsule to look at the nice view! =)

i've been in sgh emed, and i think im beginning to enjoy the whole posting slightly more than when i first started =) i kinda like doing procedures, even though they might be not-so-major things, but they're something new, so i think i kinda enjoy them. haha. i think i'll miss emed when this finally ends. but for now, i'll treasure what i have =)

it was seriously FUN!! should try it! haha i paid 85bucks though. they teach you to breathe etcetc. and you get to spend about half an hour walking around in the tank, and petting the sea creatures!! we saw like stingray!! (the belly was so smooth and soft! super cool!!). and even hugged some shark! super cool!! =P
apparently, i was quite clumsy in the tank! and weili and ian were so graceful! hahaha!!

i havent updated my blog in ages. but im still alive!! im currently doing emergency medicine posting at sgh. just finished 1 week, with 3 more weeks to go. somehow, this week passed by really really quickly. it started with a bang! but ended on a not-so-exciting note. perhaps i was tired and sian. the long hours, with the feeling of not knowing anything, is starting to take its toll. oh well. lets hope the next 3 weeks is going to be more exciting. but time now is surely passing faster than it did during fam med. haha im actually enjoying this posting more than fam med. but i better not say these things too early. i shall wait and see after 4 weeks, if i can still say "i enjoyed this posting". haha many people have said emergency medicine is the most fun posting. i shall wait and see =)
